We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Payment Processing to lead and shape the future of this critical aspect of our business.


Position Overview:


As the Head of Payment Processing, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver efficient and secure payment solutions.

You will lead our payment processing team, driving excellence in transaction processing, risk management, and compliance.

Your role will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our payment systems and ensuring our clients can rely on us for seamless payment services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Payment Processing Leadership: Lead and mentor the payment processing team, fostering a culture of precision, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the endtoend payment processing operations, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, monitoring and addressing potential payment processing risks.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in all payment processing activities.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with technology teams to integrate cuttingedge solutions that enhance payment processing efficiency and security.
  • Client Support: Serve as a point of contact for complex payment processing inquiries, addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and optimize payment processing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management, offering insights into payment processing performance, trends, and compliance.
  • Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with payment processing vendors, ensuring service quality and costeffectiveness.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute payment processing strategies aligned with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record in payment processing leadership and operations.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, risk management, and compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership and teambuilding skills.
