- We are looking to hire a passionate sales specialist for a leading Cyber Security client here in APAC. This is a newly created role, and you will be the Subject Matter Expert supporting the field sales in guiding, strategizing, and sharing best practices with the aim of winning deals. You should have experience in the Application or Cloud Security space to be able to play a pivotal role in forging strong and collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Your mission also involves close collaboration with crossfunctional teams, including Product Management and Sales. You will work together to develop and execute gotomarket strategies while identifying areas for improvement to enhance the brand awareness and market share. You will also utilise your expertise in the current market landscape across the region, including insights into competitors and their strategies, will enable you to identify key focus areas to drive maximum returns on investments.
- Your success will be measured by acquiring new annual recurring revenue at or above the assigned bookings targets
Responsibilities:
- Develop and present compelling business cases to customers, demonstrating indepth knowledge of cost drivers, benefits, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, and Professional Services to align technology architecture with customers' desired business outcomes.
- Work in tandem with the Customer Success team to ensure successful product adoption and maximize the value of customers' technology investments.
- Engage with Advisory Firms, Channel Partners, Resellers, and Systems Integrators to penetrate new accounts and expand the solutions reach in the assigned geography.
- Support the sales team in identifying, scoping, negotiating, and closing new sales opportunities to meet or exceed established sales quota.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of sales or consultancy experience within the Application or Cloud security environment, consistently meeting or surpassing assigned quotas.
- Proven track record of successful collaboration as part of a sales/account team in a strategic selling capacity.
- Ability to articulate custom requirements based on customer needs and effectively communicate technical concepts and product solutions to diverse audiences, from IT staff to business executives.
- Aptitude for understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, developing business use cases, and positioning for success.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and other locations as required.
