  • Receptionist responsibilities
  • Answering and screening of incoming calls
  • Greeting guests
  • Ensuring pantry supplies are fully stocked
  • Minor facilities management
  • Additional ad hoc administrative duties will apply

The Successful Applicant:

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Receptionist experience is a must as this is the main focus of the role
  • Experience with Outlook, Word and PowerPoint as you will be using these on a regular basis
  • Strong customer service mentality
  • Team player
