  • Handle internal billing enquiry relating to waiver of bill charges.
  • Manage the day-to-day operational and administrative tasks related to billing.
  • Review and recommend improvements to the operational procedures.
  • Assist manager to prepare monthly reports and statistic for Bill Adjustment. Gather data related to bill adjustments/waivers. Analyze the data and prepare monthly updates and statistic.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.
Skills for Success:
  • Minimum 0-1 year of work experience
  • Diploma from Accounting / Audit, Finance, IT disciplines, Business or Economics.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel (intermediate or advance level), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Have good analytical skills and able to multitask.
