We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Executive to join our team at SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the department's billing processes, resolving disputes, and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate RPA bots to download billing reports, split reports, process Workday invoices, and prepare invoice mapping files.
  • Resolve disputes and address queries from agencies regarding invoices and billing processes.
  • Collaborate with contractors, billing team, product teams, and ITSM to follow up on disputes and queries raised by agencies.
  • Work with RPA vendors to resolve bot issues, raise service requests, provide requirements, and conduct UAT for bot enhancements.
  • Manage the department's monthly Dataplan billing.
  • Data Collation for Dashboards
  • Department Welfare Administrative Work
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in billing.
  • Strong understanding of RPA bots and their functionality is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UI Path is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret error messages and resolve issues independently.
  • High level of attention to detail, as it involves managing large volumes of data across 50+ agencies, handling numerous Excel files, and ensuring the accuracy of invoice figures.
