Roles & Responsibilities

Exciting Job Opportunity: Sales Executives/Managers in the Telco Industry

Company: Leading Telco Provider
Location: Dynamic Singapore
Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months (Extendable and convertible)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive Base salary+ Commission (up to 5k)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Footprint Execution: Achieve the required number of footprints in the target area.
  • Dealer Acquisition: Identify potential shops in the target area and persuade dealers to come on board.
  • Onboarding Process: Conduct thorough onboarding processes with dealers, including account setup and product training.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to understand market insights and resolve issues effectively.
  • Liaison: Act as a liaison between management and dealers, ensuring clear communication and support.
  • Sales Data Review: Conduct regular check-ins with dealers to review sales data, analyze performance, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Feedback: Provide on-ground feedback and insights to the management team for strategy development.
  • Incentive Program: Co-develop incentive programs with management based on market insights and dealer feedback.
  • Sales Performance: Motivate sales performance from dealers and achieve sales goals by removing roadblocks and facilitating communication between management and dealers.
Other Information:
  • This position welcomes individuals with experience in Telco retail outlets (B2C) or B2B sales roles.
  • Employees will be under RE's payroll.
