Responsibilities:
- Support procurement activities, e.g. raising purchase requisition (Shopping cart) and and invoice/goods receipt for respective departments
- Support finance activities e.g. process invoices
- Support the department in organising meetings and events
- Travel arrangement for overseas visitors and team members
- Coordination of weekly meeting, including compilation of monthly reports
- Any other duties as assigned by Line Manager
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / Professional Secretarial Certificate or equivalent
- At least 5 years in administrative assistant or secretarial experience, supporting higher management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good command of spoken & written English
- Good computer knowledge in MS Office
