Job Description:

  • Assist Managers in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the restaurant.
  • Ensure customers have a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
  • Monitor setup, maintenance, cleanliness and safety of dining areas.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • To handle cashiering duties.
  • Assist to upsell promotions.
  • Constantly motivate & cultivate a team spirit in the restaurant.
  • Supervise and train the service staff to Restaurant standards of excellence.
  • Welcome and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanour.
  • Perform duties like ordering, serving, clearing and setting of tables.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure quality presentation.
  • Manage customer transactions efficiently and responsibly.
  • Simple cooking (proper training will be made by management).
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of F&B service experience.
  • Friendly, approachable and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work well with other team members.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Restaurant Management experience (shift management, floor management, inventory management) is advantageous but it is not a must.
