Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the outlet
  • Ensuring consistent adherence to standards
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Striving to satisfy all guests visiting the outlet
  • Keeping both front and back areas of the restaurant clean
  • Taking and serving guest orders promptly
  • Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant menu
  • Actively promoting menu items
  • Reporting issues to Managers promptly
  • Following up on solutions with Managers
  • Preparing mise-en-place according to operational requirements
  • Cleaning and re-setting tables after each course
  • Participating in training sessions for self-improvement
  • Assisting in monthly inventory checks

Requirements:
  • Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or Supervisor in F&B
  • Candidates with under 1 year of experience may be considered for the Food Runner role
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Keen attention to detail
