Outbound Marketing Manager to join our 22-year-old Singaporean Indian Wedding Company.

We are rapidly expanding our business and are now looking to enter the Indian market with a bang As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to shape our brand presence and drive our growth strategy in this exciting new market.


Responsibilities


Outbound marketing is a branch of marketing that involves executing marketing activities and strategies outside of the traditional office setting.

It typically involves engaging directly with customers and prospects in specific geographic areas or target markets.

Market Research:
Conducting research to understand the local market dynamics, target audience, competitors, and trends. This information helps develop effective marketing strategies and plans.

2.

Territory Planning:

Identifying and prioritizing target regions or territories for marketing activities based on market potential, customer demographics, and business goals.

3.

Campaign Management:
Developing and implementing marketing campaigns and initiatives tailored to specific regions or territories. This can include organizing events, promotional activities, product demonstrations, and coordinating advertising efforts.

4.

Relationship Building:
Establishing and nurturing relationships with local stakeholders, such as customers, partners, distributors, and community organizations. This involves networking, attending industry events, and collaborating with local influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

5.

Sales Support:
Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives. This may involve providing sales collateral, conducting product training sessions, and assisting with lead generation and conversion.

6.

Measurement and Analysis:

Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives by analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales data, customer engagement metrics, and return on investment (ROI).

This helps refine strategies and optimize future campaigns.

Reporting and Communication:
Providing regular updates and reports on field marketing activities to management and relevant stakeholders. Effective communication ensures alignment between the field marketing team and other departments within the organization.

Budget Management:

Planning and managing the allocated marketing budget for field activities, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently to achieve marketing goals.

9.

Brand Ambassadorship:

Acting as a representative of the company's brand and values while engaging with customers and prospects in the field.

This includes maintaining a strong product and industry knowledge and delivering consistent brand messaging.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborating with various departments within the organization, such as marketing, sales, product management, and customer support, to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.


Overall, the primary responsibility of an outbound marketing professional is to drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts within specific regions or territories.

They play a critical role in localizing marketing efforts and building strong customer relationships to maximize business growth and achieve marketing objectives.

Full-time

Salary:
$3500 - $4500 SGD + Incentives per month

Schedule:
Day shift
