Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in data analytics to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key clients, and expanding our presence in the data analytics market.

Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth by effectively positioning and selling our data analytics solutions to prospective clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the data analytics domain, targeting potential clients in various industries.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive the growth of the data analytics business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decisionmakers, to understand their needs and align our solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value of our data analytics solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, attend conferences, and actively participate in networking events to expand professional networks and represent the company.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in business development, sales, or account management, specifically within the data analytics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics concepts, tools, and technologies, including data mining, business intelligence, and predictive analytics.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen market sense and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a strong drive to succeed and a passion for technology and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
