Job Description
- Daily sales invoicing.
- Liaise with warehouse on stock for daily delivery.
- Liaise with outsource delivery for delivery route.
- Handle sales enquiry and forward to salesperson for detail follow up.
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and/or existing clients, and provide quality after sales service.
- Administration roles as required on day-to-day operations
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Candidate must possed at least a GCE’O’Level, Professional certificate/ NiTEC or any field.
- Min 1-2 years of experience in customer service and administrative.
- A Positive Attitude and willing to learn.
- Team player, able to work independently, resourcefully and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge
