Job Description

  • Daily sales invoicing.
  • Liaise with warehouse on stock for daily delivery.
  • Liaise with outsource delivery for delivery route.
  • Handle sales enquiry and forward to salesperson for detail follow up.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with new and/or existing clients, and provide quality after sales service.
  • Administration roles as required on day-to-day operations
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possed at least a GCE’O’Level, Professional certificate/ NiTEC or any field.
  • Min 1-2 years of experience in customer service and administrative.
  • A Positive Attitude and willing to learn.
  • Team player, able to work independently, resourcefully and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge
