Roles & Responsibilities

Admin Assistant [Part-time]

As an Admin Assistant in Counselling and Care Centre, you will be working closely with the Senior Admin Executive with reception related duties which includes attending to phone calls, enquiries, etc.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Be the first responder to the centre’s call line and provide initial touch point.
  2. Attend to clients when they arrive for appointments and clarifying payment status.
  3. Manage change requests on appointment cancellations or re-scheduling.
  4. Provide admin support to a team of therapists.
  5. Reconcile daily payment collection.
  6. Perform administrative duties on ad-hoc basis.

Skills Required:

  1. Pleasant disposition and ability to deal with difficult clients.
  2. Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel.

Working Hours

Mondays & Wednesdays: 5.30pm - 8.30pm starting from 6th January 2025.
