HMAP established in Y2015 as Manufacturer of Marine Navigation Equipment, integrator of marine navigation, communication and automation systems and development of SMART Ship solutions meeting IMO and claissification authorities' requirements. We are actively seeking self-motivated and driven sales persons to join our sales team in our expansion in the Asia emerging markets such as India, Middle East Gulf countries. The role requires candidates with maturity, enthusiasm, and perseverance with willingness to engage challenges with great dreams.
Job Description:
- Research, Strategize and Develop new emerging markets
- Identify and Develop sales distributors network to expand sales & meeting sales targets
- Identify and Develop service partners network to support sales network
- Management of Sales Team and Sales Distribution Network
- Achieving sales targets and alignment of product sales development with the Company's goals
- Close collaboration with manufacturing and service department to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products and services.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Studies / Electronics Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management or sales team management of not less than 30 salespersons.
- Possess wide network of customers contacts of shipyards, ship owners, ship managers and sales partners,
- Possess good business acumen, communication, presentation and persuasion skills
- Pleasant personality with patience and seek to understand the needs of the customers, ability to place the customers' interest.
- Ability to travel to or stay for extended periods (exceeding 3-4 months) in foreign countries at short notice
- Ability to self manage itinerary in foreign countries
- Ability to speak/read/write fluently in English, Chinese and Hindi is a necessity
