Job Scope

  • Be knowledgeable about the products you're selling, including their features, benefits, and potential side effects. You should be able to explain how these products will benefit the medical professionals and their patients.
  • Meet with doctors, nurses, hospital staff, and other healthcare professionals to introduce products and promote them.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company. This could be in terms of revenue, the number of new customers, or units sold.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to ensure long-term business success.
  • Stay updated on trends in the healthcare industry and competitor products, and offer insights to the company.
  • Train healthcare providers on how to use products and provide them with necessary support post-sale.

Requirement

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, biology, or healthcare, is typically preferred.
  • Previous sales experience (preferably in a medical field) is highly valuable, but entry-level candidates may also be considered with strong sales potential.
