Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the security services sector (e.g., corporate clients, commercial properties, residential estates, government agencies).
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and customer loyalty
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to approach potential clients and close new business deals.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase security service offerings.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements tailored to client needs.
  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure that security services are delivered as promised, meeting quality and compliance standards.
  • assit with SACE Consultancy
  • Manage & communicate with relevant authorities & government departments such as MOM, PLRD, etc
  • ⁠Able to work on weekend and support with event management
  • Manage deployment and rostering of manpower
  • Additional assignments as assigned by the Management


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Proven success in business development and sales of Managed Services.

• Strong understanding of managed security service industry.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment


Salary Offer:

Up to $5,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
