We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Data Exchange Unit. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of data strategies, policies, and workflows to ensure efficient and compliant data management across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of the organization’s Data Strategy to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and align data policies with national guidelines and organizational standards.
  • Manage data request platforms, ensuring compliance with access, sharing, and security protocols.
  • Act as a liaison with stakeholders for data requests and analytics initiatives.
  • Implement workflows for data asset management across their life cycle.
  • Enhance staff competency in safe and effective data use.
  • Provide secretariat support for data committees and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and change management in data governance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Management, Management Information Systems, Communication, Business or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, governance, or strategy.
  • Experience in compliance reviews, data systems, or analytics is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, policies, and emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations and regulatory requirements is a plus.
