Position: Assistant Manager (Learning and Development)

We are seeking an organized and proactive individual for the role of Assistant Manager – Learning & Development (L&D). This position involves managing key talent development initiatives at NHG headquarters, including the Healthcare Management Associate Programme (HMAP), talent development, succession planning, leadership programs, and the Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Healthcare Management Associate Programme Management: Oversee the execution of HMAP, including budgeting, workforce planning, selection, onboarding, engagement sessions, and evaluations.
- Talent Development: Implement talent development frameworks, identify high-potential employees, and collaborate on development plans.
- Leadership Programs: Plan and manage leadership development initiatives, provide consultation, and oversee scholarship nominations.
- Learning Management Administration System: Act as the system SME, ensuring data accuracy and resolving technical issues.
- Learning Partnering: Identify learning needs, conduct orientations, and develop training programs using various methods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in L&D, talent management, or HR with proven program management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with talent development frameworks and LMS platforms; experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
