BROAD FUNCTION
1.1 To support the Compensation & Benefits Team in administration of HRIS and the remuneration and payroll processes.
1.2 To support in implementation compensation and benefits policies, including salary revision, bonuses and benefits.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
o Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and statutory contributions promptly.
o Maintain accurate payroll records for audit and regulatory compliance.
o Assist in reviewing salaries, benchmarking and compensation packages that aligns with organization policies and market standards.
o Provide necessary support in managing the annual manpower budgeting exercise.
o Leverage HRIS software and automation tools to automate processes and reduce manual work processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
o Min Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant qualification
EXPERIENCE
o Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, preferably in large sized organization.
Must be able to start work immediately
