ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
o Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and statutory contributions promptly.
o Maintain accurate payroll records for audit and regulatory compliance.
o Assist in reviewing salaries, benchmarking and compensation packages that aligns with organization policies and market standards.
o Provide necessary support in managing the annual manpower budgeting exercise.
o Leverage HRIS software and automation tools to automate processes and reduce manual work processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
o Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant qualification
o Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, preferably in large sized organization.
o Hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing, payroll reconciliation, audit support and maintaining accurate payroll records.
o Experience in streamlining payroll processes and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
o Strong understanding of Employment Act, payroll regulation and tax requirements in Singapore.
o Proficiency in payroll software preferably Success Factor, SAP and Microsoft software applications such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
