HR & Payroll Executive

Location: Central, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Executive (Junior Specialist) to manage payroll processing, employee benefits, and HR administration. In this role, you will ensure smooth payroll operations, maintain compliance with employment regulations, and support HR functions such as work pass applications, onboarding, and employee records management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit monthly CPF contributions and yearly IR8A forms.
  • Review and validate employee expense claims.
  • Maintain and update the employee database, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Track employee leave entitlements and benefits administration.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Manage the renewal of company and employee insurance policies.
  • Assist in work pass applications and renewals (EP/S Pass/Work Pass) – an added advantage.
  • Support withholding tax matters where required.
  • Provide general HR and administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of HR-related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, work pass applications, and employment regulations is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
