HR Executive

Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll for approximately 250 staff
- Check and calculate employees overtime
- Generate payroll reports and upload bank export files in DBS IDEAL for approvals
- Maintain proper filing of payroll documents to include supporting documents and authorisations
- Generate payslips
- Prepare Headcount Report and Payroll Recharges for Finance Department.
- Send Payroll Reports and Recharges to Finance Department by the 1st week of month
- Monthly submission of CPF. Provide CPF acknowledgement to respective Finance personnels.
- Tally and reconcile monthly FWL payment advices (for 6 centres).
- Process and submit NS Make up Pay claims for staff
- Provide support in survey related matters
- Generate and extract reports from Timesoft as and when required
- Prepare relevant HR monthly report
- Any other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- min. Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
- Possess 3 years prior working experience in payroll and HR functions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Timesoft system is preferred
- Able to start work immediately
