Executive Secretary/ Personal Assistant to Director

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and bilingual Executive Secretary/ Personal Assistant to the Director to provide comprehensive administrative and travel support.
This is an urgent hire, and temporary candidates are welcome to apply. The role requires flexibility in working hours, as the schedule may vary depending on the Director’s availability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the Director.
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Facilitate smooth bilingual (English & Mandarin) communication.
• Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Director’s work.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Ability to work flexible hours based on the Director’s schedule (approx. 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
• Candidates with the following skills or interests will be given priority:
○ Valid driving licence (preferred).
○ Passion for AI applications (preferred).
○ Interest in Web3 technologies (preferred).
○ Knowledge of finance-related matters (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary range: SGD 5,000 – 8,000, with a maximum of SGD 10,000 for exceptional candidates.
• Employee benefits: Medical insurance and CPF contributions in accordance with Singapore regulations.
