The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and a passion for event management.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of all aspects of events, from conception to completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and event staff, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV requirements, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure products and services are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all elements are in place and any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Monitor event timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Handle any on-site problems or emergencies, making quick decisions to address challenges as they arise.
  • Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring accurate billing and financial records.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
