Job Overview:

Are you an organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in dynamic environments? Do you have a passion for ensuring smooth operations while providing top-tier service to clients? We’re looking for a Sales and Operations Admin who excels at multitasking, managing client relationships, and handling operational processes with precision. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving client acquisition, managing the onboarding journey, and collaborating across teams to ensure our operations run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support to multiple business units on client acquisition.
  • Assisting customers with the onboarding application process, promptly addressing their enquiries, managing and incorporating their feedback, and maintaining a professional and organised environment for both walk-in and appointment-based customers.
  • Ensure timely submission of credit proposals and manage the credit process and turnaround time.
  • Ensure application submission is in compliance with company internal policy and objectives.
  • Support the team with day to day operations for enquiry, application and repayment matters.
  • Liaise actively with other roles including marketing, sales and business development.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Polytechnic Diploma qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on customer service and administrative support.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Experience in customer-facing environments and a customer-first mindset are highly valued.
  • Well-organized, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Workspace.
  • Strong ethics, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented attitude are a must.

Working Hours:

  • 2 rotating shifts: 10 am - 7.30 pm and 10.45 am - 8.15 pm
  • 5-day workweek: Monday to Saturday, Sunday off + one additional off-day during the week
