Responsibilities:

✔ Assist in supervising, coaching, and guiding junior kitchen staff in daily operations.
✔ Ensure food quality and consistency are maintained at all times.
✔ Handle mise-en-place preparation and food production efficiently.
✔ Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and wastage recording.
✔ Conduct month-end inventory stock checks to ensure accuracy.
✔ Work closely with the Senior Outlet Chef/Outlet Chef to improve kitchen workflow and efficiency.
✔ Uphold personal grooming, hygiene, and food safety standards within the team.
✔ Ensure overall kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
✔ Carry out additional duties assigned by management as required.


Requirements:

Passionate about culinary excellence with prior experience in a similar role.
Strong teamwork and leadership skills to guide junior staff.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
