Demi Chef (F&B)

About Our Client:

We are hiring an Demi Chef [Asst. Station Chef] for our prestigious client, a well-established and renowned F&B brand known for delivering exceptional dining experiences. If you are passionate about hospitality, have strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to lead a dynamic team and drive operational excellence.

Reporting To: Senior Outlet Chef / Outlet Chef

Work Location: Outlets across Singapore

Work Hours: 44 hours – 5 days' work week

Job Overview:
As a Chef De Partie, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and kitchen operations. You will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, supervising junior team members, and ensuring a smooth kitchen workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising, coaching, and guiding junior kitchen staff in daily operations.
Ensure food quality and consistency are maintained at all times.
Handle mise-en-place preparation and food production efficiently.
Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and wastage

recording.
Conduct month-end inventory stock checks to ensure accuracy.
Work closely with the Senior Outlet Chef/Outlet Chef to improve kitchen workflow

and efficiency.
Uphold personal grooming, hygiene, and food safety standards within the team.
Ensure overall kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
Carry out additional duties assigned by management as required.

Requirements:

Passionate about culinary excellence with prior experience in a similar role.
Strong teamwork and leadership skills to guide junior staff.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high

standards.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
