Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising, coaching, and guiding junior kitchen staff in daily operations.
Ensure food quality and consistency are maintained at all times.
Handle mise-en-place preparation and food production efficiently.
Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and wastage recording.
Conduct month-end inventory stock checks to ensure accuracy.
Work closely with the Senior Outlet Chef/Outlet Chef to improve kitchen workflow and efficiency.
Uphold personal grooming, hygiene, and food safety standards within the team.
Ensure overall kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
Carry out additional duties assigned by management as required.
Requirements:
Passionate about culinary excellence with prior experience in a similar role.
Strong teamwork and leadership skills to guide junior staff.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
