Roles & Responsibilities

F&B Supervisor_Art Boutique Cafe

• Basic: $2,750 - $2,900 (Depends on EXP)
• Working Hours: 5 Days | 44 hours
• Location: Multiple locations (Vivo, Orchard, Jewel T3/T4)

Responsibilities:

Take a proactive, hands-on approach to unite and guide the team, ensuring compliance with all food and beverage promotions, SOPs, POS operations, cash handling procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Provide guidance and direction to team members (Service Crew & Captain) in daily operations.

Mentor Captains and Service Crew to ensure they perform their duties effectively as per their job descriptions.

Oversee stock order management, ensuring accuracy and minimizing wastage and breakage.

Handle any situational issues or problems with corporate and individual guests professionally.

Conduct staff orientation and on-the-job training as needed.

Perform POS and bar duties, as well as opening/closing shift responsibilities, ensuring proper handover of shift duties, including store transaction keys and debriefing.

Lead by example, ensuring adherence to company SOPs, customer service standards, cashiering duties, beverage preparation, staff grooming, and attendance.

Ensure the boutique's cleanliness and housekeeping standards are met.

Lead daily briefings and staff deployment.

Motivate and guide the team to achieve individual and boutique sales targets, including up-selling goals.

Ensure a minimum score of 90% on the monthly Boutique Quality Checklist (BQC) appraisal.

Attend weekly management meetings as required.

Stand in for the Head-of-Boutique in the absence of the Assistant or Outlet Manager.

Undertake additional duties as assigned by the superior or senior management.
