Roles & Responsibilities

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the HR Manager for the full spectrum of human resource and administration functions which include recruitment, staffing, performance evaluations, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Perform day-to-day operations of HR function and work according to company policies and SOP.
  • Handle work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups, updating information to MOM etc.
  • Assist to prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Administer the HRIS and liaise with service provider for resolution of issues when necessary.
  • Administer and update employees' database on a timely and accurate basis
  • Assist to advice Heads of Department and all employees on HR policies and procedures, employee rewards and benefits.
  • Ensure company regulation and practicesare relevant to the Employment Acts and statutory requirements
  • Maintain HR Benefits and Compensation matters, Training & Development and improvement of internal HR Process
  • Any others ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

QUALIIFCATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • At least Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Locally Candidates must be familiar with Singapore Labour Laws and Foreign work pass regulations/procedures
  • Knowledge of HR Processes and best practices
  • Minimum 3 years of generalist experience in HR and administration.
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail, ability to multi-task, good planning, co-ordination and follow-up skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently, prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office Application, such as Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
