Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage payroll processing and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with departments to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Assist with MOM related survey
  • Participate in continuous improvement on HR work processes and create SOPs and documentations
  • Support any ad-hoc HR projects as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant human resource experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detailed with strong sense of confidentiality
  • Pro-active, resourceful and meticulous
  • Positive and able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
  • People oriented, team player and willingness to learn
  • Good in MS Office applications particularly MS Words and Excel
  • HR experiences in construction industry will be an advantage
