Human Resource Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage payroll processing and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with departments to enhance employee engagement and morale.
- Assist with MOM related survey
- Participate in continuous improvement on HR work processes and create SOPs and documentations
- Support any ad-hoc HR projects as required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant human resource experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detailed with strong sense of confidentiality
- Pro-active, resourceful and meticulous
- Positive and able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
- People oriented, team player and willingness to learn
- Good in MS Office applications particularly MS Words and Excel
- HR experiences in construction industry will be an advantage
