Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR functions, such as recruitment & selection, pass application, HR date update, training, HR Audit, performance appraisal etc;
  • Require to identify and execute effective recruitment strategies & HR initiatives, contribute to staff training & development, etc;
  • Assist in preparing of staff organization chat for Tender submission.
  • Prepare for the reports that requested by Beijing HQ
  • Update and maintain employees' data in the system and personal files.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor or above degree, in Human Resources, Business, Construction or related majors;
  • More than 3 years of experience in a similar role, and experience in construction industry will be a plus;
  • Excellent written and spoken skills, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of both English and Mandarin is a must, with excellent proficiency in written Chinese (In order to liaise with the Chinese speaking associates
  • 5 days work week
