Our client is an established global leader providing international clients with solutions for offshore compliance when it comes to corporate administration, trust, and judiciary services. They are now seeking a seeking a dedicated Corporate Services Administrator to join our growing corporate services team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with an international portfolio of clients, providing administrative and corporate secretarial support. The position is based in Singapore and involves close collaboration with a small, dynamic team and global counterparts.


The Role

As a Corporate Services Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the incorporation and ongoing administration of client entities. You will manage client communications, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. You will also play a supporting role in office administration, contributing to the smooth daily operations of the Singapore office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the incorporation process for new companies, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and requirements.
  • Handle compliance and KYC documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update company records and systems in a timely manner.
  • Manage a portfolio of client companies and address client requests with a focus on efficiency and professionalism.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including compliance, business development, and international offices, to ensure seamless client service.
  • Act as an alternate to the Assistant Office Manager, assisting with office administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, booking venues, and coordinating logistics. This will provide opportunities to develop organizational and multitasking skills.

You are a meticulous and proactive individual with a strong interest in corporate services. You possess excellent communication skills and are capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members alike. You are detail-oriented, able to work independently, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.



Qualifications and Experience

  • 1-5 years of experience in corporate administration, corporate secretarial work, or a related field.
  • A relevant university degree.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with client due diligence and compliance procedures.
  • Knowledge of the incorporation process and corporate services operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage, as it will support interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients and markets.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential to address client needs effectively
