KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Work closely with the Operations and Billing teams to ensure accurate and timely billing for all customer accounts, including commercial, industrial, and government projects
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain and update customer data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Support ongoing customer operations activities, including account updates, data verification, and process enhancements
- Prepare regular internal reports for tracking operational metrics and external reports for customer updates
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- At least 2-3 years of experience in billing operations
- Basic understanding and experience in the energy or renewable energy market is a plus
