Located in Dhoby Ghaut, our company seeks an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team for a 5-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including receipts posting, batch invoices tracking, credit memos processing, and month-end journal entries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting receipts (PT and FT)
- Tracking and posting batch invoices (PT and FT)
- Processing and posting credit memos (PT and FT)
- Month-end journal entries
- Ad-hoc tasks as requested by senior finance staff
