Position: Admin Assistant – Underwriting Team
Department: Underwriting – Commercial Lines
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize underwriting files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents.
- Manage and track incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, applications, and policy documents.
- Support the underwriting team in data entry and documentation updates within underwriting systems.
- Handle routine customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate underwriter as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, photocopying, and answering phone calls.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'A' Level
- Ability to commit for minimum 2 months period, without long holiday plans in between.
- Strong in MS Word and Excel
