Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Admin Assistant – Underwriting Team
Department: Underwriting – Commercial Lines

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize underwriting files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents.
  • Manage and track incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, applications, and policy documents.
  • Support the underwriting team in data entry and documentation updates within underwriting systems.
  • Handle routine customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate underwriter as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, photocopying, and answering phone calls.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'A' Level
  • Ability to commit for minimum 2 months period, without long holiday plans in between.
  • Strong in MS Word and Excel
