The Job
Account Management:
- Oversee a portfolio of accounts, focusing on treasury and cash management solutions.
- Enhance business relationships by ensuring that clients receive quality and proactive service support.
Client Engagement:
- Act as the point of contact for client inquiries, needs, and complaints.
- Coordinate with sales teams to meet client needs and solicit additional business opportunities.
Service Delivery:
- Ensure high-quality, proactive service and maintain client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular service reviews and scorecard assessments to evaluate performance.
Compliance:
- Adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including credit and KYC/AML policies.
- Take responsibility for escalation and accountability for client issues.
Project Support:
- Participate in local or regional projects under the direction of the Client Services Manager.
- Assist in migration projects related to client ID updates and support documentation fulfillment.
Experiences:
- At least 2-3 years’ working experience in area of Client Services in the bank with a focus on treasury and cash management solutions for corporate/financial institutional client.
- Operational experience within the payment, trade, or treasury environment.
- Good knowledge of all bank systems, products and web-based electronic banking platforms.
- Good understanding of in-country banking system, account and liquidity structures/products.
- Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office
