Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated executive to join our team, reporting directly to the HISAL Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in sales and market research. The role involves supporting the current opportunity pipeline, optimisingstrategy and lead generation, and contributing to the development of new markets and customers. This position is integral to driving sales growth for Hotel, Industrial, Sports fields, Agriculture, and Landscape (HISAL) equipment in Singapore.


Key Responsibilities

· Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities.

· Analyse sales, leads and opportunities data to track pipeline progress and identify patterns.

· Present data-driven insights and recommendations to the Business Development Manager to support decision-making, strategy refinement and sales outcomes.

· Monitor and track new opportunities and maintain competitor awareness to ensure that the market place is adequately covered by the sales and service teams.

· Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to analyse and interpret market trends, pricing strategies, insights, and competitor activities within specified markets.

· Keep abreast of new updates of products and services to inform analysis and identify potential customers.

· Support customer and partner meetings, presentations, and follow-ups as required.

· Any other duties as directed by the reporting manager.


Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

· 1-3 years of experience in sales, business, marketing or related positions (preferably within an industrial organisation).

· Ability to communicate insights clearly with a strong command of the English language.

· Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a diverse team.
