Summary of Responsibilities

  • Works with P&C business partners and other stakeholders in terms of recruitment matters such as to arrange for interviews, prepare and present Letter of Appointment to selected candidates, etc.
  • Execute smooth onboarding, offboarding and employee life cycle for the assigned business units.
  • Drives employee relations to increase efficiency and to boost morale
  • Administers P&C policies and procedures within the Hotel
  • Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of all employees’ data
  • Management of various colleagues' communication channels such as noticeboards and other engagement channels.
  • Plan and organise activities and programs for colleagues engagement
  • Ensure proper maintenance of colleagues’ facilities (E.g. locker room, colleagues' cafeteria, resting area, notice boards, etc.)
  • Benefits and claims administration
  • Any other reasonable duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity
  • Preferably with experience working as a HRBP in hotel or tourism industry
  • Oral and written fluency in English
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Outgoing and people-oriented
  • Displays initiative and willing to learn
  • Commitment to professional values
