Job descriptions:
- Provide accounts and administrative support to the Finance Manager.
- Issuing Quotations, Sales Order, Purchase Orders and sales invoices.
- Arranging shipments and processing shipping documents.
- Managing and processing office maintenance, pantry, and office purchases.
- Processing of online purchases.
- Run day-to-day errands and general office administration duties such office reception and answering phone calls.
- Any other ad-hoc works as per assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years experience in shipping
- min “N” level
- Nearest MRT station: Bartley
