Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

1. Manage reception

2. Mark attendance for clients in Ingot system

3. Receive and check food from vendors

4. Prepare IAs forms and files

5. Month end bills submission to Finance

6. Manage rehab schedule and replacements

7. Provide a proper handover while we wait for a perm admin to come onboard (Eg Transport planning, month-end closing deadline, finance submissions etc)

Working hours

  • 5 Days Work Week
  • 8.30 am – 6.00 pm

Job Requirement

  • Possess Diploma and/or equivalent qualifications in relevant area.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Have admin experience in healthcare sector
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/ Powerpoint).
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous, independent, accountable and reliable.
  • Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
