Job Summary

We are seeking a Temp Admin Assistant (Admissions) to assist in processing student applications, communicating with prospective students and parents, and providing administrative support to the Admissions team.

Responsibilities
  • Process student applications for admissions
  • Communicate with prospective students/parents via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about the admissions process, deadlines, and requirements
  • Prepare admissions materials, including brochures, application forms, and guides
  • Organize and coordinate recruitment events such as open houses, information sessions, and campus tours
  • Provide administrative support to the Admissions team, including scheduling interviews, preparing documents, and managing correspondence
  • Maintain confidentiality of student information in compliance with institutional policies and regulations

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm

Salary: $12/hr
