Your Responsibilities:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in our organization by:

  • Driving end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to placement.
  • Building and managing new client accounts, showcasing your sales acumen.
  • Coordinating interviews and acting as a trusted liaison between clients and candidates.
  • Mentoring and providing guidance to junior consultants, sharing your expertise to elevate the team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years in a recruitment agency environment.
  • Proven Track Record: You thrive on results and have a history of exceeding targets.
  • CEI Certified : A must-have to excel in this role.
  • Education: Diploma or Degree qualification.
  • Sales-Driven Personality: You’re motivated by challenges and eager to secure big wins.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with F&B, Logistic, Insurance, Banking & Finance, and IT sectors is a major advantage.
