Roles & Responsibilities

As Business Development Director for MapleBear Tiny Learners Pte Ltd, you will be based in Singapore to deliver business growth, reporting directly to the Management.

Responsibilities Include

  • Establish collaboration with local and overseas student recruitment agencies to enrol foreign students and increase brand awareness.
  • Design social media marketing strategies through social media such as Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu, Tik Tok and Instagram.
  • Work closely with Principal to increase student enrolment.
  • Work with Head Office Marketing team to penetrate foreign markets for new investments.
  • Maintain good business relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
  • Develop business development plan on new revenue streams, improved products and services.

Hiring Criteria:

  • The applicant should preferably have a minimum 10 years of experience in the education industry.
  • The applicant should demonstrate a proven ability to drive and achieve sales targets.
  • The applicant should possess a track record of marketing and communications experience.
  • We are looking for individuals with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and leadership.
  • A keen eye for creative and media assets
  • Working to continuously ensure the company marketing goals are communicated across the entire organization and improving the company’s marketing outreach efforts.
  • The applicant should exhibit a customer-centric approach in their work, prioritizing customer satisfaction and engagement.
