Key Responsibilities
- To provide service according to procedures and standards established by the F&B Department.
- To be very knowledgeable in all service techniques.
- To ensure all pre-opening / closing duties are completed on schedule daily.
- To ensure that all stations are always ready for service.·
- To ensure proper set up of tables and cleanliness of cutleries.·
- To be very familiar with menu items.
- To be able to motivate all staff to be positive and cheerful.
- To be responsible for payment until of all checks.
- To present checks in an appropriate and timely manner.
- To be able to consolidate all feedbacks obtained and report results to supervisors for mitigation.
- To be able to resolve issues in an appropriate and timely manner and be able to escalate if necessary.
- To be very familiar with Club rules, procedures and operating hours.
- To carry out any duties that may be assigned to you from your superiors.
Qualifications
Minimum "O" Levels and equivalent
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Skills & Knowledge
Able to work long hours, able to work under pressure, bilingual in English and another language.
