  • Scanning of documents, Sorting documents, handling document owners
  • Checking of documents, retrieving documents from contractor and vault, tracking and approving of scanned documents
  • Assist in Procurement of services for Manager, including the processing of invoice
  • Monitor and track planned maintenance for other Asia Pacific locations
  • May be required to undertake other duties from time to time
