Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Handle corporate secretarial duties, including company incorporations, annual filings, and maintaining statutory registers.
  • Ensure compliance with ACRA, IRAS, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare board resolutions, meeting minutes, and other corporate documents.
  • Advise clients on corporate governance matters.
  • Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Maintain proper corporate records and documentation for clients.

Requirements:

  • ICSA qualification or Diploma/Degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate secretarial work.
  • Familiarity with Singapore Companies Act and ACRA regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple client portfolios.
