We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our Cafe team. As a CDP, you will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to delight our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef to showcase their talent and contribute to a thriving culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Section Management: Lead the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes in your assigned section.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards in food preparation and presentation.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train junior staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Hygiene and Safety: Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards within your station.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth operations.
- Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels in your section and report needs promptly.
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie.
- Expertise in [Asian, Thai cuisine" or "Local Cuisine"].
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
- A positive attitude and passion for culinary excellence.
- Certification in Culinary Arts is a plus but not mandatory.
