Education Centre Administrator (Full-Time / Part-Time)
WeTalk Education Centre is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented administrator to join our team. If you have strong organizational skills, enjoy working in an educational environment, and take pride in delivering excellent service, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk & Customer Service – Manage walk-in, phone, and email enquiries, and provide course consultation to prospective students and parents.
- Administrative Support – Handle student enrollment, class scheduling, attendance tracking, and tuition fee collection.
- Class Coordination – Assign classrooms, ensure smooth daily operations, and communicate any schedule changes to students, parents, and tutors.
- Marketing & Content Support – Assist in creating promotional materials and capturing class moments for marketing purposes.
- General Operations – Maintain a clean and organized learning environment, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Other Ad Hoc Duties – Support the management team with administrative tasks as required.
- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage (training will be provided for candidates without experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with parents, students, and tutors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with administrative software.
- Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to commit to the full duration of the contract (1 year) and work weekends, if required.
- As WeTalk specializes in Chinese language education, the ability to communicate effectively in Chinese is essential to assist parents, students, and tutors with daily operations.
- Part-Time: 4–25 hours per week (flexible shifts available).
- Full-Time: Standard working hours apply.
